Since 2003, he has participated in roughly 800 projects from the programming/planning stage to project completion valued at approximately $16 billion.

A considerable amount of the projects he has worked on include various K - 12 and higher education campuses throughout Texas consisting of new construction, renovations, athletic fields, and state-of-the-art research facilities. Additionally, he has extensive experience with municipal and federal clients. These entities include projects with the City of San Antonio, City of Corpus Christi, San Antonio River Authority, Port of Houston, US Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, Air Force, and Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He is a member of SAME and ASPE with an accredited certification as a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) since 2011.

As Chief Estimator, Lorenzo is responsible for managing the estimating/preconstruction department and facilitating collaboration among highly - qualified team members and project stakeholders. Additionally, he and his team are trained/experienced in Department of Defense-approved cost estimating software such as PACES & MII / MCASES 2nd Generation, as well as developing DD1391 and utilizing many ICE (independent cost estimate) ENG forms. Lorenzo leads the estimating team to develop estimates with AG|CM's own quantity take-offs and unit costs specific to a project that accounts for specific project design elements, market conditions, location, and time of year.

He and his team of professionals pride themselves on the unique ability to visualize the content of a project before it’s drawn and build on previous experience to generate detailed cost estimates. This significantly improves our ability to predict the cost of a project for accurate planning of a project prior to receiving contractor bids.
