Construction Manager / QA Monitor – Twelve (12) years’ experience in heavy civil construction (mass earthwork and grading, roadway and airport runway, bridges, underground utilities, building foundations and vertical concrete structures). He has held a supervisory role for nine (9) years, managing and monitoring construction, supervising crews, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and various representatives of developers and municipalities. Mr. Hernandez is well rounded, possessing experience in layout and surveying, material quantity take-off, manpower and equipment forecasting, quality control monitoring and supervision, scheduling, materials procurement and testing.
Construction Manager / Inspector / Estimator. Manages construction projects both independently and as an extension of the owner, developer or municipality’s staff. Coordinates efforts of the engineering team, contractor and other all other parties from design to project completion, safeguarding the client’s interests and honoring defined constraints throughout. Monitors quality control processes, materials and workmanship for conformance to plans and specifications. Prepares cost estimates from conceptual design through construction document phases. Reports directly to the Regional Manager.
