Inspection of new construction and rehab of roads, city streets with curbs and inlets, utilities and drainage systems. Inspection of new installation and rehab of water treatment plant equipment. Extensive experience in dealing with personnel matters and the public. Responsible for daily construction inspection, conflict resolution, finding solutions to field layout and design problems, developing reports and tracking systems.
Over forty (40) years’ experience in utility maintenance and construction in Corpus Christi, TX. Retired from the City of Corpus Christi after 31 years of service in the Water and Storm Water Departments.
