Rosalinda has over 25 years of experience in the management of Human Resources services. Her Human Resources background has primarily been in healthcare, but she also has experience working with the City of Corpus Christi. Rosalinda’s expertise is in the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. Areas of expertise include Employee Relations, Compliance with Employment Law, Recruitment, Compensation/Benefits, and Safety.
At AG|CM Rosalinda’s role is to originate and lead Human Resources practices that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and productivity; and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Rosalinda received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.
