Austin began working for AG|CM in 2010 as an intern in the Construction Management Department. Over the next few years, Austin learned about the design and construction process and became a full-time employee as an Assistant Construction Manager, notably working on projects for clients like the Port of Corpus Christi, Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD, and Manor ISD.

In 2020, Austin joined the Business Development team, as a Business Development Manager for the South Texas Region. Since then, Austin has transitioned to oversee the company’s Business Development for our Preconstruction Department. His responsibilities include seeking Preconstruction business opportunities, managing the development of marketing materials, and implementing AG|CM’s business development strategy.

He identifies and develops relationships with potential clients and teaming partners and relies on his experience and creativity to plan and accomplish goals. Furthermore, he assists the Preconstruction Vice President in providing any necessary resources or support to personnel. Austin is certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) through the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
