Bob Farmer

Bob Farmer brings high levels of experience and knowledge in the practice of professional construction management. Provided project management services for more than thirty years including the Austin Convention Center, numerous projects for the Seton Healthcare Network, institutional projects for University Systems and bond projects for 10 school districts across the state of Texas. Has a history of completing high quality projects on time and within budget. Was the Program Manager for the successful execution and recent completion of the Manor ISD 2014 Bond Program. His construction management experience is broad and includes extensive oversight and coordination of pre-construction design services and activities, including Cost Control, Scheduling and Value Analysis. Mr. Farmer is also a qualified corporate trainer specializing in design phase services and other construction management practices.

Mr. Farmer is responsible to provide construction leadership and perform administration and management within a defined scope of services from inception to completion of capital programs. Serves as the lead for the Project Delivery Team (PDT), consisting of the Owner, Architect/Engineer, and Contractor. Coordinates with the PDT to further interests of the owner. Acts as agent and/or advisor to the owner. Serves as immediate supervisor to Construction Manager(s), Inspector(s) and other technical or administrative personnel specifically assigned to the program and under employment or contract to the firm.
