Professional Experience
Brett is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in program and project construction management as well as civil, environmental, geotechnical, seismic and structural engineering. His career experience also includes quality assurance and quality control, safety, risk assessment, environmental assessment and permitting, remediation and reclamation, personnel and business management, business development, materials testing and Right-of-Way acquisition. He has managed multi-disciplinary programs that include multiple phases, diverse stakeholders, regulatory requirements and a broad spectrum of technical requirements. Mr. Flint’s expertise also includes working with owners, clients, regulators, stakeholders, non-governmental organizations and the general public. Project work has included commercial and industrial facilities, education facilities, highways, roads, railroads, waterways and ports, mining and natural resource development, solid and hazardous waste, pipelines, water and wastewater facilities, sediment and erosion control, bulk fuel storage, oil and gas, nuclear power and residential construction. He has work experience in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Alaska and throughout the continental US.

Mr. Flint is responsible to provide construction leadership and perform administration and management within a defined scope of services from inception to completion of capital programs. Serves as the lead for the Project Delivery Team (PDT), consisting of the Owner, Architect/Engineer, and Contractor. Coordinates with the PDT to further interests of the owner. Acts as agent and/or advisor to the owner. Serves as immediate supervisor to Construction Manager(s), Inspector(s) and other technical or administrative personnel specifically assigned to the program and under employment or contract to the firm.
