In his role as Marketing Manager, Byron is responsible for AG|CM’s social media and PR strategies, ensuring the company’s external communications align with AG|CM’s core values and operating philosophy. Byron wears many hats though, as his duties also include developing marketing materials, overseeing the company's Client Relationship Management software, and helping to develop the databases and reporting functionality behind it. Additionally, he performs employee training for the database. He also researches regional conditions for market analysis and assists the Regional Vice President in providing any needed resources and/or support to field personnel.
Byron started his professional career in the airline business and while working fulltime he went back to school at UT Dallas to get his MBA with a focus on Data Analytics. In 2020, Byron joined the AG|CM team, first as Business Development Manager for the North Texas Region, and later as Marketing Manager.

What is the most rewarding thing about your role?

There are two aspects of my role that been truly rewarding - first, I have the distinct pleasure of working with some fun, dedicated, and just amazing people he re at AG|CM. Second, in my role, I “wear a lot of hats,” so even the busiest day is refreshingly different and never gets old.

Best way to kick off your work day?

Some light exercise, a cup of coffee, and catching up on e-mails

What is your guilty pleasure?

Architecture has always been a guilty pleasure for me, whether its historical or international styles, or seeing the renders and designs on new projects we’re working on.
