Jacobo Morales

Project Manager

Joined AG|CM in 2016.

Mr. Morales has 29 years of experience in all phases of construction for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, including Waste Water Treatment Plants, Bridges, Potable Water Plants and Manufacturing Plants.

Jacobo participated in the management of the projects from initial conception to finalization and with ability to deliver project results within specified time frames and meet the highest standards and quality with focus on health, safety and environmental issues. In addition, his experience includes facilities maintenance and operations management with extensive background in space planning, renovations and improvements of facilities to increase process efficiencies, building performance and cost reductions through structured methodologies and sustainable strategies

Jacobo is a Civil Engineer from Instituto Tecnologico of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and holds a Master in Construction from Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas, Mexico, a Master in Business Administration from Texas A&M International University, Master of Science in Green Building from San Francisco Institute of Architecture and also holds LEED AP Operations & Maintenance credential.

Mr. Morales is responsible for daily observation of contractor’s work on the Addition of Instructional & Support Space Project in the Texas A&M International University campus located in Laredo, Texas, carrying out periodic quality assurance inspections, change order review, pay application review as well as reviewing submittals, construction drawings, tracking RFI’s, ASI, and coordination with Campus Administration and User Groups.
