Jason Williams

Construction Manager

Joined AG|CM in 2017.

Mr. Williams began working with AG|CM in May of 2017 as a Construction Manager overseeing construction of the $32M Pettus ISD Bond and the $17M Kenedy ISD Bond. He has over 25 years of Facility and Construction Management experience mostly working in the healthcare industry. In November of 1990, after receiving his AAS in Plant Engineering from Texas State Technical Institute, he started working in Facility Management concentrating on Healthcare and Hospitality facilities. After overseeing several large construction projects as a Facility Manager, he decided to transition full time to Construction Management. Since then he has been Lead Superintendent on numerous ground-up healthcare facility projects throughout the state of Texas. Mr. Williams is a member of CMAA and is working to gain his CM certification.

As a construction manager, Jason’s responsibilities include: ensuring the Contractors Quality Control plan is implemented, attends and runs project meetings, has daily interaction with contractors, engineers, and owner representatives, validates pay draw requests, reviews field alterations and change orders, reviews testing lab reports, performs daily job site inspections coupled with daily reports.
