Jill has more than 18 years of marketing experience in the construction industry. She began her marketing career in public relations; working with companies ranging from non-profit organizations, privately-owned companies, and Fortune 500 corporations. She has a track record of strong performance in implementing and achieving strategic marketing goals and objectives.

Jill joined AG|CM as part of the Business Development & Marketing team. As the Director of Marketing, she supports the development and execution of firm-wide marketing strategy and policy. Jill is the point person for AG|CM’s marketing materials, proposals, and coordinating activities between AG|CM, our teaming partners, and consultants.

She holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Houston and is a former Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) through the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), where Jill is very active in the organization.

How did you get into this industry? / Did you always know you wanted this career?

My father was in this industry and I started working for him in high school. I went into a fast-paced PR career after college but there’s something so friendly and small-world feeling about this industry that I always get lured back in.

What is the most rewarding thing about your role?

It’s great to be part of a marketing department for a company that I truly believe in and what we can provide to our clients. It makes my job easy and I’m happy to show up and work with this team every day.

How does a professional project management firm make a difference in the world?

We represent and advocate for our public entity clients without bias, and only their best interests in mind. This mindset of always “doing the right thing” ultimately makes our communities a better place to live and play.
