Mr. Eldridge has over 28 years of construction industry experience, working primarily with General Contractors on a wide variety of commercial construction projects in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and Texas. After receiving a BS Building Science degree from Auburn University, he spent the first 6 years of his career in Alabama and Mississippi estimating various federal projects including prisons, hospitals, barracks and U.S. embassies.
He then transitioned to the project management side and moved to Florida to build projects at the Pensacola Naval Air Station and Eglin Air Force Base. In the early and mid-2000’s, Mr. Eldridge was a senior manager overseeing construction of multiple concrete high-rise condominiums in Destin and Fort Walton Beach, FL.
In 2007, Mr. Eldridge moved to Houston and successfully managed contractor field operations of different renovation and ground-up projects for many different agencies including: City of Houston, City of League City, Fort Bend County, Harris County, Houston Community College, Lone Star College, Prairie View A&M University and others. Notable projects include the Fort Bend County Justice Center, Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Building for Texas A&M University and Bethel Park for City of Houston.
In 2016, he joined AG|CM as Senior Project Manager responsible for program management on the North Campus of San Jacinto College for their 2015 Bond Program. Projects include a new Cosmetology-Culinary Center, renovation of three large classroom buildings and demolition of the former library building. His responsibilities also include multi-campus improvements to the DDC Network system and IT Data Closets.
