Matthew Graves

Project Manager

Joined AG|CM in 2018.

Matt began his diverse construction career in 2010 after graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Track.  He has served as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Estimator on a broad range of government, industrial, and commercial projects. He is certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) through the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Beginning his professional career after college, Matt worked for Neu Security Services, an Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection fabricator and specialty contractor, where he was responsible for estimating and managing multiple concurrent projects with combined values of up to $20 million.  Clients included numerous federal, state and local agencies as well as other private firms from coast to coast.  In 2015 he joined The Porter Company, a Mechanical and Plumbing contractor, as a Project Manager.  There he managed the Georgetown Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center, the Third+Shoal Office Building, as well as data center and TI finish out projects.

Matt joined AG|CM in 2018 as a Project Manager bringing his experience, expertise, and versatility in planning, coordinating and managing all project phases from conception, through design to execution, and close-out/commissioning on very complex large projects.
