Michael Medwedeff, CMIT

Project Manager

Joined AG|CM in 2019.

Michael began his construction career as a construction laborer in 2006. Upon graduating Texas A&M University in 2014, Michael began his professional career in heavy civil/industrial construction having worked on a high profile Oil and Gas project for Tenaris in Bay City, TX  as a Project Field/Office Engineer overseeing $70,000,000 of place and finish for complex machinery foundation structures for the 1.2 million SF building. Michael then took his experiences to general contracting from the ranks of Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager completing a broad spectrum of projects from healthcare to higher education sectors. He managed numerous projects under the UTMB Galveston – Hurricane Ike Recovery efforts which consisted of approximately $600,000,000 pool of FEMA funded projects. Utilizing his background in civil/structure, Michael served as the Assistant Project Manager for a $80,000,000/212,000 SF MD Anderson Regional Care Center in The Woodlands, TX and Texas A&M University System’s Texas A&M University at Galveston – Academic Building Complex Phase 2 overseeing all aspects of project controls and construction efforts, and as Project Manager for his self-perform concrete division where he came into contact with AG|CM. Michael has great attention to detail, and is well versed in cost control and means and methods of construction having worked linearly from a subcontractor, general contractor and now an owner’s representative. Michael has a CMIT Certification from CMAA and is currently in progress of his CCM certification in addition to USGBC’s LEED AP accreditation.

Michael joined AG|CM in 2019 as a Project Manager bringing his experience, expertise, and versatility in planning, coordinating and managing all project phases from conception, through design to execution, and close-out/commissioning on very complex large projects.
