Nicholas Tuttle

Regional Operations Manager - Central Texas

Mr. Tuttle, a Certified Construction Manager, brings a diverse background to AG|CM holding two Associates Degrees in Aircraft Maintenance from St. Philips College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Texas A&M – Kingsville, as well as a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Texas State University.

Nick served as Construction Manager in the defense industry on a magnitude of unique construction projects to include mission critical Cleanrooms, SCIF’s, High Energy Laser/Optical Ranging Facilities, Office Space, and Large Warehouse Facilities. During the downturn in defense spending, he transitioned into software development working on a Computer Aided Facility Management application that incorporates AutoCAD and an SQL database into a single application to track people, space, and assets.

Nick has provided complete construction management services for two school district bond programs and the City of San Antonio. While on these programs, he successfully guided our clients through bond planning, design, bidding/negotiations, construction administration, closeout, and the warranty period. While at AG|CM, Nick brought his knowledge of complex systems and technical expertise to serve the interest of AG|CM clients, which include large bond programs and capital projects totaling $141M in construction.

As a Construction Manager, Nick’s responsibilities include: ensuring the Contractors Quality Control plan is implemented, attendance and run project meetings, daily interaction with contractors, engineers, and owner representative, pay draw requests, review of field alterations and change orders, review of lab reports/testing, and daily job site inspection/daily reports.
