Employee Relations & Benefits Manager
Joined AG|CM in 2018.
Rosemary joined AG|CM in April 2018. She was hired as an HR Generalist/Accounting Assistant and was later promoted to Employee Relations & Benefits Manager in the Human Resources department. Rosemary handles employee issues and concerns, and recommends a course of action while ensuring compliance with policy, as well as local, state and federal laws. Rosemary also takes care of benefits coordination and provides employees with guidance and support in all things HR. In July of 2018, Rosemary spearheaded AG|CM’s Affirmative Action Program and currently serves as the company’s Affirmative Action Officer.
Prior to joining AG|CM, Rosemary worked in the public, private, and non-profit sectors bringing over 15 years of HR experience to the company. Rosemary is a Corpus Christi native, but spent several years in Indiana where she got her start in the HR field, which is now her passion. Rosemary enjoys assisting employees and strives to keep the “human” in human resources.
Family is very important to Rosemary. When she is not with her work family, she enjoys spending time with her home family. Rosemary also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering in various animal rescue projects and initiatives to help the less fortunate. It is this caring and family culture that she so much appreciates at AG|CM.
