Spencer got his first experience with the A/E/C industry while working throughout college at Texas A&M University as an Assistant Superintendent for a development group building luxury townhomes in College Station, Texas.

After starting with AG|CM in March of 2016 as a project manager, Spencer immediately began to immerse himself in the different aspects of construction management. He has been a part of several integral projects for AG|CM, such as New Hope Housing at Harrisburg, a multi-family development with a construction cost of $17 million, as well as serving as Construction Manager for Harris County ESD 01’s new construction of two EMS facilities with a $7 million total construction value.

Spencer helped lead business development efforts for emergency services in the greater Houston area as the Senior Business Development Manager for the East Texas Region before being promoted to Director of Business Development for AG|CM. In his current role, he helps create a statewide Business Development strategy for the company by working with our team of business development managers in other regions.

Six-Word-Bio

"Winners never quit and quitters never win"

Why did you choose AG|CM?

From my very first interview with AG|CM I knew there was something special and different about this company from all of the others. I had several offers from well - known firms in our industry, but I knew AG|CM was the right fit for me and my future. I feel extremely blessed to be working for such an incredible organization that truly values its people above all!

Would you rather start work early or stay late?

I would rather start work early. This gives me a chance to decompress after a long day, either at the gym or tending to things around the house and spending time with my family.

Who has been your greatest role model growing up?

My Dad has always been my greatest role model growing up. He is the most kind, caring, hardworking, and intelligent person I know. He always put our family above himself and has been my rock through good times and bad. If I can become half the man he is, it will be a life well lived. Love you Dad!
