    The project will be relocated to a better location for their needs, that is directly on the METRO light rail, less than a mile from the original location. 3315 Harrisburg Blvd. There will be approximately 175 units of SRO housing with New Hope’s corporate offices occupying the 4th floor, as well as a retail strip on the ground floor, and additional office space on the fourth floor for an additional tenant.

This will be the replacement of New Hope Housing’s original property at 320 Hamilton Street. This was going to be a remodel of the original facility, but because of the value of the land, they got an offer they could not turn down.

All building pads have been poured and complete. Stair towers and elevator shafts are complete. Underground plumbing/electrical grounds are complete along with the sanitary/storm sewer. Structural steel is complete and all street paving in place. 8” public water main extension in process along Preston Street. First, second, and third floor framing is complete with sheathing, floor trusses and decking installed on all wings. Plumbers have started their rough in process and has completed three floors of the building. Electricians have begun to set electrical boxes on the first 3 floors, all wings. Wet pipe sprinkler system installed on the first floor with connections to the pump room. Stairs installed in stairwell 3 and work has begun on stairwell 1 & 2. Harrisburg project is estimated to be 24.32% complete.
