AG|CM has been selected to work as the Construction Manager (sub-consultant) for the Midtown Redevelopment parks project to conduct Budget/Change & Schedule Management, Quality Assurance and Management of Quality Control Inspectors.

New Hope Housing’s first venture into traditional multifamily housing, on the affordable housing level. They are purchasing land that is part of a bigger venture of the Star of Hope’s large campus project, catering to women and children in need. Current start date is dependent on the Star of Hope breaking ground, as NHH has to begin their construction with about a six-month lag behind SOH. This is caused by housing requirements through the city, states, and equal housing. If Star of Hope and New Hope are not near completion at the same time, with SOH Programing up and running, NHH cannot hold their units for the specific programs and clients, they would be required to rent them to anyone that qualified by the standard rules.4

Construction is underway for the New Hope Housing Reed Rd project. Building pads are at grade, staking and underground plumbing/electrical are almost complete on the project. Piers are drilled and poured, complete for all building pads. Sanitary Sewer lines are complete. Site Building #4, #1 south, #2 west, #3 west concrete poured and complete. Roads are all poured and complete all around the site. Camden is working on building 2 north, beams are dug moisture barrier going in cables and rebar to follow, inspection on Wednesday 3/1/17 plan to pour concrete on Thursday 3/2/17.  Power poles are on site, ready for installation.  Water meter application approved, and are waiting be installed in April.
