Project Description
Demolition of existing 2-story 42,000 square foot building at San Jacinto College’s North Campus.

The building has experienced structural issues. A study will be performed to determine the extent of structural demolition below grade. The site will be the new location for the North Campus Cosmetology-Culinary building.
Engineering is scheduled to start in March 2017 with Demolition scheduled to start and complete during Summer break.
