  • Direct liaison as owner’s agent between the owner, contractor, architect, campus facility manager, and end user
  • Provided onsite construction management and oversight services
  • Reviewed and negotiated change orders due to unforeseen conditions or customer requests and recommended owner responses to the contractor that met the interests of the owner and end user
  • Managed the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) process
  • Attended bid openings of subcontractor bids to determine adherence to prime contractor’s GMP
  • Worked with prime consultant’s inspector to ensure the project specifications and code requirements were met
  • Ensure contractor maintained project schedule and budget
