    The TAMUK Music Education Complex includes 90,000 combined sf consisting of a 400-500 seat performance hall, music education spaces as well as general teaching space, faculty offices, studios and facility support space. A new 1200 ton Central Utility Plant will also be constructed to serve the Music Building and other pending TAMUK projects.

The building will sit on the corner of Santa Gertudis and Armstrong becoming the new focal point for the southeast entrance to the Campus.

The new building will serve as a ‘showpiece’ for display on Campus exploring the architectural lineage of the Campus and surrounding community.
