New Hope Housing’s 175-unit complex seeks to fulfill the organizations mission to provide a solution to Houston’s homelessness problem. Joy Horak-Brown, founding president and CEO of New Hope Housing, stated:

New Hope Housing has broken ground for the Harrisburg Boulevard project, scheduled for completion in the Fall of 2017. The organization plans to relocate its headquarters and residents at the Hamilton property to the new complex
