Carolina joined the AG|CM marketing and business development team in 2022. She plays a key role in key marketing tasks, such as the management of marketing assets, and assists in responses to requests for qualifications and proposals. Carolina also manages AG|CM’s industry conference strategy and all things office-related in the East Region office. Carolina is a proud and active participant in AG|CM’s community engagement committee which is of utmost importance to her philanthropic persona.
Carolina has held several different roles within media production and marketing since graduating from Malmö University in Sweden. Before moving to Houston and joining AG|CM’s team, Carolina worked as a web editor for a Scandinavian media company, as well as a casting assistant in the Los Angeles film industry.

Which achievements are you the proudest of during your time with AG|CM?
Going from not knowing anything about the construction business to putting together proposals and winning them! Every winning proposal creates job opportunities for our employees and brand growth for AG|CM. It definitely makes me proud knowing I’m a part of that.
If you had an extra (work) hour every day what would you do with it?
Take classes! I’m proud of all the work we do, but I’m especially proud of our K12 and Higher Education projects. Working in this industry I’ve become very interested in school safety and how we as a project management firm can help make a difference. Knowing more about construction management might give me a greater understanding for the infrastructural parts of building and upgrading safety components.
