Clint joined the AG|CM team in May of 2023 as the Business Development Manager for the Central Region. His responsibilities include seeking business opportunities in the San Antonio region, managing the development of client relationships, marketing materials and implementing AG|CM’s strategic business development strategy.
Clint was born in San Antonio and attended the University of Texas at San Antonio. He studied Economics and was a part of the baseball team while at UTSA. In 2013, Clint was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and played in their organization for over 2 years. After baseball, Clint joined his family construction business in San Antonio and held various leadership roles throughout his 8 years at the company. In his new role with AG|CM, Clint is excited to build on the relationships he established throughout the construction industry.

Why did you choose AG|CM?
AG|CM is a family business founded on great morals and values. While going through the interview process, it was very clear how much everyone loves working for the company.
How did you get into this industry? / Did you always know you wanted this career?
My family started a glass company in San Antonio in 1986. I thought I was going to play baseball my whole life, but after that didn’t work out, I joined the family business. Construction is such a tight knit community and have enjoyed working in it for the last 8 years.
