Imelda Murillo joined AG|CM in 2022 as the Employee Resource + Culture Department Coordinator. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, primarily from her 20 years of previous experience in the HR department at a national retailer.
Imelda has an associate degree from Del Mar College and is continuing her education at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
Imelda was excited to join the AG|CM family where the Employee’s First, Family-Focused motto hit at her core, and couldn’t give up the opportunity to join this family when it arose. She believes in making strong employee connections with great leadership and plans to apply all her years of learning in her new role at AG|CM. Imelda has also volunteered in many community organizations and looks forward to serving as an agent in these activities by representing AG|CM.

Who has been your greatest role model growing up?
My father, he instilled our Christian faith and to always put God first, taught us what it meant to work hard every day for what you want, dedicate yourself, and to be proud of ourselves.
