Six-Word-Bio

"Instill Discipline, Garner Respect, Develop Relationships"

How did you get into this industry? / Did you always know you wanted this career?

I figured out I didn’t want to be an engineer while achieving my degree. The US Air Force was seeking engineers, and I found myself as a Civil Engineering Officer performing construction, project, and program management. And then I figured out I enjoyed the work.

How do you stay motivated? / How do you get energized for work?

Motivation is fickle. Develop your discipline to do your best, even when you don’t feel like it. I find energy from my colleagues - we’re a team that desires to meet our clients’ needs.

Who has been your greatest role model growing up?

My father and grandfather taught me resilience. They showed me the impact that anyone can make in the lives of others, no matter how small a role they play.
