AG|CM provided construction management services for the $17.8 million Midtown Park in Houston. The result of a public/private partnership between Camden Properties and Midtown Management District, Midtown Park is a dynamic, mixed-use area that includes the park, retail facilities, residential dwellings, and a public parking garage. Midtown Park’s great lawn can accommodate up to 3,000 guests for special gatherings and events. In addition, the park features an interactive water feature, a playground, a dog run, and an art walk that connects the north and south greenspace. Visitors can also enjoy various ecological elements such as gardens, a wetland stream and trail, and aberm overlooking the park with a scenic view of the city skyline.
