Our President, Marty Schmitt, sat down to reflect about the past year and where the company is headed in 2025. Some of our 2024 year highlights include:
- The undertaking of an executive-level reorganization, giving our leaders more focus on serving AG|CM's employee.
- The launch of AG|CM's Employee Appreciation Program.
- A check-in on the company's financial performance.
- And a celebration of our 2024 project wins, including several new ISD bond programs and the Tulane Charity Hospital renovation project in New Orleans.
Finally, Marty gave a high-level overview of the company's 2025 goals, including the continued professional development of our People, the renewed vision of what growth will look like at AG|CM, and maintaining our company's culture.
"So in closing, as we celebrate this last year, I just want to be extremely grateful and thankful to all of you for your dedication, your resilience, and everything you do for AG|CM." Marty shared, "We can't do this without all of you. You are what makes AG|CM. Thank you."
