AG|CM provided construction management services on multiple projects for the Port of Corpus Christi. AG|CM initially oversaw the construction of a new ship and barge dock facility. The $26 million facility included a dock house, guard house, entry road, parking area, onsite septic system, electricity, lighting and a firewater system. AG|CM also managed the $24 million expansion of an existing operating rail interchange yard with the additional construction of seven track yard at the Nueces River Rail Yard which included approximately 55,000 track feet of new railroad.
