Kellē joined AG|CM and the Employee Resources + Culture Department in 2019. Prior to that, she spent 20 years as a senior officer in banking operations. When the opportunity to work with AG|CM as a member of the Employee Resources + Culture team was available, she had to go for it. AG|CM is an energetic company that cares about its employees and encourages growth. Kellē feels that working with a well-respected entity, surrounded by people who are more like a family than co-workers, and being able to provide excellent customer service to those served by the department, is a “dream come true”.
Community support is also important to Kellē. She is a graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi 2021 (LCC 21), was one of the charter recipients of the Corpus Christi Under 40 award, and has held several volunteer positions including Corpus Christi Police Department Reserve Officer, past president of CC Kiwanis Club, past president of Leadership Corpus Christi Alumni, and past treasurer of the Corpus Christi Arts Council.

Six-Word-Bio

"There is power in being positive!"

What is the most rewarding thing about your role?

My very favorite is that the Employee Resources + Culture Team are some of the first folks an applicant will speak with and/or meet with so, we get to establish a relationship before the new hire’s first day. We get to be the welcome wagon for everyone joining the AG|CM family!

How do you stay motivated? / How do you get energized for work?

It doesn’t take much to get me motivated; I enjoy accomplishing goals and if there is not a goal, I will usually set one for myself. The energy to get the day started comes from caffeine!

What are your guiding words in life (or in work)?

Always give 100% regardless of what you are doing. Success is rarely about what we do as an individual, but instead, what we do within a team or for others.
