Human Resources Talent & Training Manager

Joined AG|CM in 2019.

Kelle joined AG|CM in July 2019 as the Talent & Training Manager in the Human Resources Department.  Prior to that, she spent 20 years as a Senior Officer in banking operations.  Kelle enjoys interacting with people and truly believes that customer service is the best part of any position she has ever held.  Kelle is almost a native Corpus Christian having arrived here as fast as she could at the age of six.  She holds an Associate Degree from Del Mar College and is a few semesters shy of her bachelor’s degree from TAMUCC.  She has held career positions in the hospitality industry as a district director for a national non-profit and as a professional recruiter.  When the opportunity was available to work with AG|CM as a member of the Human Resources Team, she had to go for it!  AG|CM is an energetic company that cares about its employees – come grow with us!  Kelle feels that working with a well-respected entity, surrounded by people who are more like a family than co-workers, and being able to provide excellent customer service to those served by the Human Resources Team is a “dream come true”.  Community support is also important to Kelle.  She is a graduate of LCC 21. She was one of the charter recipients of CCU40 and has held several volunteer positions including: CCPD Reserve Officer, Past President of CC Kiwanis Club, Past President of LCCA, and Past Treasurer of the Corpus Christi Arts Council.
