Six-Word-Bio

"Ready to hit the ground running"

What is the most rewarding thing about your role?

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is establishing enduring connections with individuals and companies within the community. I take pleasure in getting to know people both on a personal and professional level and cultivating those relationships. It's heartwarming to hear about their families and at the same time, learn about their challenges and concerns, so I can identify how AG|CM can be of help.

How does a professional project management firm make a difference in the world?

AG|CM, a professional PM firm, plays a significant role in the world by providing valuable resources to the community for construction and project management projects. Our firm advocates on behalf of clients in areas where they lack expertise, ensuring that individuals and businesses are not taken advantage of. With AG|CM as a reliable resource, the community can rest assured of fair and trustworthy services.

What are your guiding words in life (or in work)?

Don't be afraid to fail or try new things. You can learn a lot from your failures by analyzing them and figuring out where you went wrong, what you can do better next time, and when you'll try again. When you try something new, you'll also learn more about yourself. You'll discover whether you enjoy it, but most importantly, you'll learn how well you adapt to change and what your best learning methods are. So, keep trying new things and don't be afraid to fail.
