AG|CM was selected to manage three consecutive bond programs for Corpus Christi ISD dating back to 2008, for $192 million, $125 million, and $100 million respectively. Projects AG|CM managed include the $103.2 million Veteran’s Memorial High School, new middle school and elementary schools, and renovations to every school campus in the district. Through AG|CM’s management, CCISD saved enough to build a fifth elementary school.
