AG|CM was selected to manage Pflugerville ISD’s 2018 Bond Program, which included construction of two new $40 million elementary schools and a new, $57 million middle school. AG|CM was again chosen to provide project management on the district’s 2022 Bond Program. This $367.2 million Bond Program includes district-wide HVAC, mechanical, safety and security updates/upgrades, additions and renovations at multiple campuses, and affordable housing for teachers.
