AG|CM was selected to manage the construction of a new central 44,000 SF, $20 million, fire station, administration offices and training facility for Hays County ESD. The fire station consists of 5-6 full length bays, with additional apparatus in remote bays, designed for maintenance. The station has 10 individual dorms plus three offices and sleeping space for on-duty command staff, as well as kitchen, dining, and the regular support areas to be expected in a fire station. The administration area provides office and support space for fire administration, a community room, and a training room.
