AG|CM provided project management on the design and construction of McLendon-Chisholm’s new fire station. The 11,400 SF fire station has three bays, a command center, and eight bunks. AG|CM also provided program management services, assisting in the RFQ process for the design-build team, budget oversight, verification of the pay application, testing facility, and FFE procurement. Construction cost came in under budget at $3.6 million.
