Destiny joined the AG|CM team as the Marketing Manager for Austin, TX in the Central Region. In her role, Destiny is responsible for AG|CM’s proposal submissions and supporting the company’s various marketing and client relations needs in the greater Austin area. Destiny seeks business opportunities, manages the development of client relationships, marketing materials and implementing AG|CM’s strategic business development strategy.

Destiny brings more than four years of marketing and business development experience within the AEC industry. She is passionate about strategic communication, compelling storytelling, and cultivating strong, long-lasting client relationships. Destiny believes great marketing begins with understanding what an audience truly values, along with their challenges, needs, and motivations, and by building clear, purposeful strategies that communicate meaningful solutions.

How did you get into this industry? / Did you always know you wanted this career?

I discovered this industry by chance while working at the College of Architecture and Design, and it quickly captured my interest. From that experience, I became genuinely inspired and intrigued by the AEC industry and its incredible role in shaping and transforming communities for the better.

What is the most rewarding thing about your role?

The most rewarding part of my job is that no two days look the same! I’m constantly meeting new people, discovering fresh opportunities, and tackling unique challenges. Each day brings a new chance to be creative, strategize, and make a real impact on the company’s growth and brand presence.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

My favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with family and friends. Surrounding myself with loved ones helps me recharge, find balance, and stay grounded.
