Dhinaker serves as Director of Operations in the AG|CM North Texas region and brings with him more than 30 years of experience in leading multiple projects across the Western and Southern United States. As a Director of Operations, his primary responsibility is to ensure that the client’s project needs are effectively managed by AG|CM team members. He also mentors employees in their career growth, coaching them in developing their leadership skills through building strong business relationships with stakeholders, the design team, and general contractors, through effective communication skills, conflict management, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.

His vast experience and demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously across all sectors of the construction industry in various delivery methods by establishing sound project management principles, effective quality control, and quality assurance measures to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects serves AG|CM’s customers well.

Dhinaker is passionate about the construction industry and is there for his clients and team members as an empathetic and caring servant leader. He has outstanding leadership ability and communication skills, able to present high-level ideas to audiences of all levels.

How did you get into this industry? / Did you always know you wanted this career?

Watching my dad on construction sites as a Civil Engineer sparked my interest in my wanting to be just like him when I grew up. I knew and believed I wanted to be in the construction industry ever since 6th grade and pursued my interests accordingly. The idea of being part of a team making construction projects that stand the test of time as monuments come to life is something very rewarding and gratifying.
