Katria joined AG|CM in March of 2025 as a Business Support Specialist before transitioning to her current role as the Preconstruction Business Administrator. She is a native to Houston and has spent the previous 19 years in customer services, sales, and marketing roles over a variety of industries along with having an educational background in finance.

Katria brings a variety of skills that allow her to provide support across many departments including Business Development, Preconstruction, Marketing, and Administration. Most notably, she assists the Chief Estimator with seeking out preconstruction business opportunities, developing relationships with teaming partners, and managing the development of marketing materials.

What is the most rewarding thing about your role?

My role is unique! I get the chance to dabble in so many different departments that I am constantly learning new things. Every day is different, which keeps my job exciting.

What is your best piece of advice for someone wanting to work with what you do?

Always be open to learning. Having a great team that you can collaborate with and bounce ideas off is a must! The industry and tasks at hand are always evolving. There is always a better and more efficient way to tackle an obstacle. Being set in your ways and stubborn to change can hinder your growth.

What inspires you?

My daughters. Having two little humans that look up to me motivates me to be the best version of myself and do better every day.
