Seth Thompson brings over 15 years of construction management experience to his role as Director of Client Relations and Marketing at AG|CM. His journey with the company began in 2007 as an intern learning to read construction documents and develop cost estimates — a foundation that grew into a career-defining run building AG|CM's East Texas region from the ground up. As Business Development Manager, Seth identified the Greater Houston market as a major growth opportunity, earned his MBA from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi along the way, and helped establish one of AG|CM’s largest markets.

After 15 years, Seth stepped away to explore the intersection of real estate and technology, gaining a broader perspective on the built environment and the role innovation plays in shaping it. That experience sharpened his thinking — and brought him back to AG|CM with a clearer vision of what's possible.

Now, as the Director of Business Development and Marketing, Seth partners with leadership to develop forward-thinking growth strategies, supports each regional director in expanding their markets, and leads efforts to streamline marketing operations — giving AG|CM's teams the tools to innovate and grow their capabilities. For Seth, it's both a homecoming and a new chapter. AG|CM has always felt like home, and he couldn't be more excited to help shape where it goes next.
