AG|CM was selected to manage Wimberley ISD’s $45.5 million 2018 Bond Program, which includes a new, 90,600 SF primary school, additions to the junior high campus and renovations to the high school campus. Wimberley ISD’s new Blue Hole Primary School is the first One Water School in Texas, winning the 2020 Rain Catcher Award. The school’s unique water saving methodology reduced its water consumption footprint by 90%.
