New Hope Housing's Reed Park at the Urban Prairie was selected as the winner in the Houston-Galveston Area Council's Parks and Natural Areas Awards in the On-the-Ground Project Under $500k category. AG|CM is proud to have worked with NHH on this project. Over the last 10 years, AG|CM has provided construction management services to New Hope Housing in their mission to provide supportive housing properties, serving homeless and at-risk families. To date, AG|CM has managed 12+ housing projects across the Houston metroplex, over $120 million in total construction costs.
To accept the award, Tamara Foster, the Vice President of Onsite Operations and Strategic Partnerships, was in attendance along with the Reed Park and Urban Prairie development team.

Huge thanks to the City of Houston, National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, AG|CM Project Management, generous donors, our architects, planners, and countless partners who have breathed life into this project. Hundreds of families living in the Cornerstone Community Campus now have access to nature-based education, leadership opportunities, and freshly grown produce. It will be a wonderful place where nature will thrive and little ones can explore. We’re thrilled to continue our work in the Sunnyside neighborhood.”
