Since 2012, AG|CM has provided construction management services to New Hope Housing in their mission to provide supportive housing properties, and serving homeless and at-risk families. Working with New Hope Housing on 9 housing projects across the Houston metroplex, AG|CM has managed over $120 million in total construction costs on NHH projects. These projects have provided life-stabilizing, affordable, permanent housing to nearly 1,000 families to date.
