AG|CM was selected to provide several of its services for the University of the Incarnate Word throughout the renovation of the newly acquired Founders Hall building at the corner of Broadway and Hildebrand in San Antonio, TX. As part of this nine story 380,000 SF building, the first phase will consist of a $50 million renovation project to include the Liza and Jack Lewis Center for the Americas as the anchor tenant. This Center was established to promote better relations and understanding among the people and nations of the United States, Mexico, Canada, Central and South America through cooperative study, research, service and dialogue.
