AG|CM was selected to manage Houston Community College’s nearly $10 million capital improvement project as well as their $10-15 million in yearly deferred maintenance projects for the college. Projects include MEP system upgrades, roof replacement, structural repairs, new carpentry labs, a nursing expansions, and new wayfinding signage across campus.
