AG|CM provided project management services to the City of Alvin for a new 31,000 SF, $14 million facility, housing both the fire department and emergency medical dervices. The newly combined facility replaced a 50-year-old fire station and a 40-year-old EMS station. The new station has seven apparatus bays - four for the fire department and three for EMS. It includes a large training room that holds seating for 100, with an attached kitchen, as well as increased parking with more than 100 spaces.
