AG|CM provided project management services for the city’s 2015 bond program, including expansion of the city’s Police Department and the new Fire Station #5. The $4.4 million expansion of the Cedar Park Police Department included 12,200 SF of new offices, meeting spaces, booking area, and upgraded windows and equipment. AG|CM also managed the construction of the 13,500 SF Fire Station #5, a fully functional fire station with three fire truck bays, one EMS bay, dorms for fire fighters/EMS, gym, kitchen, and recreational areas.
