AG|CM performed project management services on the $295.7 million ASH Brain Health Redesign, a collaboration between Texas Health and Human Services Commission, UT System Office of Facilities Planning and Construction, and Dell Medical School. AG|CM managed the preconstruction and GMP phases, and the first phase of construction that included site development, demo, utilities, and building shells. The Austin State Hospital project includes construction of a new 240-bed brain health hospital for adults on a 15-acre parcel of land located in the southwest quadrant of the 95-acre Austin State Hospital campus in north central Austin.
