AG|CM was selected to provide project management services for three projects for UTHSC San Antonio – the renovation of Mays Cancer Center, the Nursing and Dental School renovation, and the relocation of the Barshop Institute. The Mays Cancer Center renovation includes 27,500 SF of new construction totaling $14.7 million, like the pharmacy, medical oncology healthcare services, breast clinic, radiation treatment center and an ambulatory surgical center designed specifically for cancer patients. The UTHSC SA Nursing and Dental School, a 216,400 SF facility with lecture halls, labs, and clinic spaces, was renovated for $14.7 million. Finally, the 108,800 SF Barshop Institute, which includes research laboratories, a vivarium, and support areas and offices, was relocated at a cost of $53 million.
