Central Health Clinics

AG|CM is providing project management services on two new healthcare clinics for Central Health. Del Valle Health and Wellness Center is a 15,000 SF facility that will provide basic healthcare services, including behavioral health, clinic/dental space, on-site educational resources with technology access, and a meeting space for group exercise, athletic programs, physical therapy, and special needs services. Hornsby Bend Health and Wellness Center is a 7,500 SF health clinic that includes general care, community meeting space and community gardens, playgrounds, and walking trails on a 7.5-acre site.
